Tuna Time

Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him from the time of the tuna during the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.
2. To replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and Tuna Time has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

• If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to the specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
• If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
• If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.
• If a defect appears in the product due to the poor possession of the consumer.
• If the contract deals with the provision of shelter, transportation or feeding services.
• If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.

Article 15 - Return Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and the statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product presented to him from the time of the tuna within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.
2. To retrieve the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and Tuna Time has the right to inspect the product before retrieval to ensure its safety.
3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

9. In the event that the provisions of the said return policy are met; The consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product to the time of tuna with a refund of the amount paid.
