Free Store Pick-up Service:
Order online and pick up your order from the store within 2 hours from 3 p.m until 9 p.m
Riyadh same day deliveries: (not available during public holidays)
- orders before 8 pm will be delivered the same day.
- Re-delivery will be charged 30 SAR. Please note in case of failing to receive an order, delivery charge is not refundable even in the case of cancelling the order.
Riyadh Regular deliveries: (not available during public holidays)
- orders will be delivered between 1 to 3 days.
- delivery is free for orders above 200 ( 19 for orders below 200 SAR)
- Re-delivery will be charged 19 SAR. Please note in case of failing to receive an order, delivery charge is not refundable even in the case of cancelling the order.
All other cities :
- delivery withing 2-5 business days.
- delivery is free for orders above 300 up to 15 kg ( 30 for orders below 300 SAR)
- returns/re-delivery will be charged 30 SAR.
- a 2 per extra kilo will be charged for orders above 15 kg
